Matthew turned 6 months old yesterday. He is such an amazing baby boy! Robert and I just love him more and more each day. He is developing a little personality and amazes us with all the new things he does each day. He had his check up yesterday with Dr. Hurley. He is very healthy and healing very well. He weighs a little over 15 pounds and is a little over 26 inches long. He is only in the 10th percentile for weight, though he is almost in the 50th for height, so he is a tall, thin baby. He is just perfect to us! We are going to try to gradually feed him solids now. We tried unsweetened applesause last night, and Matthew made the funniest faces. I have added a few more pictures below.
Matthew at the doctor's office. He loves Dr. Hurley and nurse Christine, though he is still a little mad at nurse Christine since she gave him 3 shots!
Matthew is trying to sit up with out toppling over. He would rather stand up holding mommy's hands then sit up though.
He has found out that he can put his toes in his mouth. He puts anything he can find in his mouth since he is now teething. Any day now we expect to see a little tooth.
